How to Integrate Music and Art into Your Day to Day Homeschool Life
March 12-14, 2025
SPEAKER INFORMATION
Thank you so much for your consideration of becoming a speaker for the 2025 Music & Art Homeschool Summit!
I am Justina of Jus’ Classical, and I teach music and art through my online courses. I am the host and organizer of the Music & Art Homeschool Summit.
As a music and art homeschool curriculum provider, I believe music and art are essential parts of education and of being human. I know that music and art help our children perform to their full potential academically, emotionally and spiritually and become well-adjusted adults who contribute to society. Thus, part of my mission at Jus’ Classical is to give homeschooling parents confidence in teaching music and art by making them easy and fun.
Since I trust that you share my vision, I would like to invite you to be part of a small group of music and art educators to speak to homeschool parents in the 3-day event, Music and Art Homeschool Summit, about how to integrate music and art into day to day homeschool life.

- Provide your basic information so I can tell everyone how amazing you are – bio, headshot, links, etc.
- Schedule an interview with Justina in January.
- Promote MAHS in at least two emails and across all social media/website/blog channels (If this requirement would deter you from participating, please let’s have a conversation. If all the speakers promote, we all benefit with increased number of attendees and increased All Access Pass sales. I suggest promoting during one of the early bird weeks and then the week of the summit, so if you prefer to send fewer emails to your list than more, the requirement can be spread over several weeks. Also, you may wish to promote more than two times to earn commissions.)

HOW MUSIC AND ART HOMESCHOOL SUMMIT (MAHS) WORKS
The summit will run from March 12-14, 2025. Presentations will be in the form of interviews with Justina of Jus’ Classical on agreed topics of discussion. You may include an optional handout to go along with your interview in the form of a downloadable PDF.
While the interviews themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to attend their presentation time live to interact with attendees in the chatbox.
Along with the pre-recorded interviews and live demo classes, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
The additional Facebook live is not required.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two and a half weeks of promotion for the Music & Art Homeschool Summit and All Access Bundle. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Music & Art All Access Bundle. This includes replays of the workshops, access to extra workshop recordings, and a bundle of special resources that speakers and sponsors wish to include. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!
WHAT I’LL NEED FROM YOU
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and speakers page.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. PRESENTATION
Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-45 minute pre-recorded interview that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process and to get a sense of your personality.
I have invited you to speak on a particular topic, and we will dialogue before the interview about the best direction and questions to pursue in the interview. We’ll work together to come up with questions.
To prepare for the interview, please:
- Plan on using your computer with a good microphone (if possible)
- Test your sound by logging onto Zoom and recording yourself
- Find a location that is quiet and with no distractions for our Zoom conversation
- Decide on your background – preferably a professional or tidy looking setting or virtual background and not a car
I will contact you in early January to schedule a time.
3. MUSIC & ART ALL ACCESS BUNDLE CONTRIBUTION
The Music & Art All Access Bundle will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to collect attendee email addresses, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add to the bundle for the All Access Bundle. This includes things like:
- Unit studies
- eBooks
- Video Workshop
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month memberships
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource (worth minimum $15 and not something you’re giving away for free somewhere else) will get a 10% bump in affiliate commission on sales. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
Information for these resources is due on 1/8/25. You’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is required to share on social media and to email their lists 2 times during the promotion period, starting on 2/24/25.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here – not available yet) so you can earn commissions that will come from any All Access Bundle sales.
You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault (not available yet).
5. LIVE PARTICIPATION
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax on Day 1 and Day 2.
All I ask is that you participate in the chat during your presentation slot and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged.
If you choose to participate on Day 3 by doing a live demonstration class, you will also need to be available at the time of your class to go live.
While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.
AFFILIATE DETAILS
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All Access Bundle/Pass where you’ll receive a commission for sales you refer to the event. Commissions will be paid 30 days after the end of MAHS.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for speakers with one session
- 50% for speakers with two sessions
- 10% bonus for speakers who include a premium bonus to the All Access Bundle
The pricing structure will be:
- $29 for 30 minutes after initial registration
- $39 from 2/24/25 to 3/11/25
- $49 from 3/12/25 to 3/17/25
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault (Google Drive) includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here (not available yet).
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
