How to Integrate Music and Art into Your Day to Day Homeschool Life
April 19-21, 2023
SPEAKER INFORMATION
Thank you so much for your consideration of becoming a speaker for the 2023 Music and Art Homeschool Summit!
I am Justina of Jus’ Classical, and I teach music and art through my online courses. I am the host and organizer of the Music and Art Homeschool Summit.
As a music and art homeschool curriculum provider, I believe music and art are essential parts of education and of being human. I know that music and art help our children perform to their full potential academically, emotionally and spiritually and become well-adjusted adults who contribute to society. Thus, part of my mission at Jus’ Classical is to give homeschooling parents confidence in teaching music and art by making them easy and fun.
Since I trust that you share my vision, I would like to invite you to be part of a small group of music and art educators to speak to homeschool parents in the 3-day event, Music and Art Homeschool Summit, about how to integrate music and art into day to day homeschool life.

SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS
- Provide your basic information so I can tell everyone how amazing you are – bio, headshot, links, etc
- Submit pre-recorded video (15-45 minutes) or interview with Justina preferably on the topic in your invitation with good quality video and audio
- Promote MAHS in at least two emails and across all social media/website/blog channels (If this requirement would deter you from participating, please let’s have a conversation. If all the speakers promote, we all benefit with increased number of attendees and increased All Access Pass sales. I suggest promoting during one of the early bird weeks and then the week of the summit, so if you prefer to send fewer emails to your list than more, the requirement can be spread over several weeks. Also, you may wish to promote more than two times to earn commissions.)

HOW MUSIC AND ART HOMESCHOOL SUMMIT (MAHS) WORKS
The summit will run from April 19-21, 2023. Presentations will include 15-45 minutes of content (with up to a 2-minute freebie pitch) and possibly a live chat. You may include an optional handout for your presentation in the form of a downloadable PDF.
While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to attend their presentation time live to interact with attendees in the chatbox.
Along with the live presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in and ask questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.
The additional Facebook live is not required.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the All Access Pass. This includes replays of the workshops, access to extra workshop recordings, and a bundle of special resources that speakers and sponsors wish to include. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!
WHAT I’LL NEED FROM YOU
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and speakers page.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. PRESENTATION
Next up is your presentation! This is a 15-45 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you ASAP.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
- Slides
- No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
- A mixture of the two
- Interview-style
If you’d like to go with the interview style presentation (or I’ve asked you to do an interview), I will contact you to schedule a time. We’ll work together to come up with questions.
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
- A quick introduction
- An overview of your topic
- Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
- Teaching section
- Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
- Up to a 2-minute freebie pitch
- Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement
Presentations are due by 3/24/23.
While your presentation will be pre-recorded, you’ll still be required to be in the chat live during your time slot to answer questions and connect with attendees. During this slot, once your presentation has had time to air, you’ll also be able to jump into the Facebook group for an encore and to answer any great questions that weren’t answered in your presentation. (These Facebook lives will also be added to the All Access Pass).
3. ALL ACCESS PASS CONTRIBUTION
The All Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to collect attendee email addresses, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add to the bundle for the All Access Pass. This includes things like:
- eBooks
- Video Workshop
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month memberships
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource (worth minimum $15 and not something you’re giving away for free somewhere else) will get a 5% bump in affiliate commission on sales. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.
Information for these resources is due on 3/17/23. You’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is required to share on social media and to email their lists 2 times during the promotion period, starting on 4/5/23.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here – not available yet) so you can get in on the commission that will come from any All Access Pass sales.
You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault (not available yet).
5. LIVE PARTICIPATION
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax on Day 1 and Day 2.
All I ask is that you participate in the chat during your presentation slot and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged.
If you choose to participate on Day 3 by doing a live demonstration class, you will also need to be available at the time of your class to go live.
While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.
AFFILIATE DETAILS
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program for the All Access Pass where you’ll receive a commission for sales you refer to the event. Commissions will be paid 30 days after the end of MAHS.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 40% for speakers with one session
- 50% for speakers with two sessions
- 60% for speakers with three sessions
- 5% bonus for speakers who include a premium bonus
- 10% bonus for speakers who are sponsors
The pricing structure will be:
- $27 for 30 minutes after initial registration
- $37 from 4/5/23 to 4/18/23
- $47 from 4/19/23 to 4/24/23
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault (Google Drive) includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. (not available yet)
Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here (not available yet).
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
